An Austrian film director, producer, and writer, born in Vienna, Austria. He grew up in a Roman Catholic family and studied journalism and drama at the University of Vienna. After that, he studied filmmaking at the Vienna Film Academy. He was a member of the jury of the 27th Moscow International Film Festival. Some of his credits are Rimini (2022), Paradise: Love (2012) and Dog Days (2001).
