A Lebanese actress who debuted in the mid-sixties and became known for her light songs. She gave concerts in Damascus, and she sang in venues and nightclubs. She had a number of recordings on Syrian radio composed by a large number of Syrian composers, including the musician Souhail Orfa who composed for her "La Taatather". She acted and sang in Mr. Ajeeb (2003).
