Egyptian singer born in Abbasiya, Cairo in 1965. He graduated from the High Institute of Arab Music in 1989. He joined the Umm Kulthum troupe and the religious chanting troupe. He appeared in many plays such as Mother of the World, and Ali El Zeibak. He appeared in the TV series Qasim Amin (2002) and the film Mercedes (1993). He passed away in 2005.
