Polish photographer and film director born in Wroclaw, Poland. He immigrated to Los Angeles in 1980 and trained at the National Film School in London from 1985 to 1988. After working on several short films, he shot his first feature film, Reservoir Dogs (1992), and followed it up with Pulp Fiction (1994). He directed several works, such as Fait Accompli (1998), The Pleasure Drivers (2006), and While We Sleep (2021).
