An American film producer, born in Yazoo City, Mississippi, USA. He's one of the most prolific and successful producers in entertainment with a career spanning four decades. He grew up in a Jewish family in Belzoni, Mississippi. He graduated from Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana. After moving to Los Angeles in the early 1960s, he began his career working with Aaron Spelling in the 1970s. He was a key executive at American International Pictures. Some of his works include Watchmen, Prey, and Predator.
