American actress of Indian origins who was born in Sydney, Australia. She was trained at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney, Australia. She studied at the Academy of Theater Arts in Los Angeles in 1997 and began her acting career in 2005. She is known for Hotel Mumbai (2018), Upright (2019) and Scorpion (2017).
