A Polish actress, singer, and model, born in 1970, in Bialystok, Poland. She moved as a child to Sweden with her mother. She studied drama and music, was discovered at the age of 17 by a Swedish director and gave her a role in the movie Ingen kan älska som vi (1988), which made her a teen idol at the time. She became a successful model in Sweden and worked across Europe. In 1989, she began working as a pop singer. In 1994, she returned to acting and got the lead role in the movie The Tears of Saint Peter.
