A British actor, comedian, musician, and singer, born in Bath, Somerset, England, United Kingdom, as Mark Robert Bailey. He married Kristin Bailey, and they have a child. His most notable works include Black Books (2000-2004), The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (2005), Hot Fuzz (2007), and Nanny McPhee Returns (2010). He won the Edinburgh Festival Critics' Award.
