A British actor, producer, and writer born in London, England, United Kingdom on September 23, 1960 as Jason Brian Carter. He graduated from The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 1981. He married Susie Singer Carter, and they got three children. His most famous works are The Hard Word (1983), Babylon 5 (1995 - 1998), Demon Under Glass (2002), and Surrender (2014).
