Michael Beasley is an American film and television actor. Beasley is incredibly prolific: he's worked on 35 films and shows in the past five years, many of them highly rated and beloved projects like "The Great Debaters" (2007), "I Love You Phillip Morris" (2009), "Flight" (2012) and "American Reunion" (2012). Beasley made his acting debut with a one-time appearance on the TV series "K-Ville" in 2007, after which he scored a small role in the Denzel Washington historical drama "The Great Debaters." His TV credits since then include "Army Wives" (2008-2009), and "One Tree Hill" (2008). He is the only African American recurring cast member on the Starz original series "Magic City" (2012). Beasley is currently working on "2 Guns," his third feature with Denzel Washington and second with Mark Wahlberg, and "Last Vegas" starring Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman and Michael Douglas. Before breaking into film, Beasley played basketball professionally.
