American producer and screenwriter, born on January 23, 1973, in New York, USA. He graduated from Oberlin College in 1995 with a degree in philosophy. He's known for Detroit (2017), Zero Dark Thirty (2012), and The Hurt Locker (2008), for which he won two Oscars for Best Picture and Best Original Screenplay.
