A Greek-American actor, director, and writer born on December 9, 1929 in New York, USA. He spent a year at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. He studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Art and graduated in 1950. His works include The Dirty Dozen, Rosemary's Baby, A Woman Under the Influence, and Love Streams. He died on February 3, 1989 in Los Angeles, California, United States.
