An English director and writer, born in Oxford, England, United Kingdom. He made his feature directorial debut with the film The Road to Guantanamo in 2006, for which he was nominated for a BAFTA Award. His other credits include Ashes (2012), Red Nose Day Actually (2017) and A Mighty Heart (2007).
