A Canadian-American actress, born on October 17, 1948. She appeared in a number of low-budget Canadian films in the late 1960s and appeared in a wide variety of films during the 1970s and 1980s, such as Sisters, Black Christmas, and The Amityville Horror. She is best known for her role as Lois Lane in the four Superman films opposite Christopher Reeve. She died on May 13, 2018, in Livingston, Montana.
