A Filipino director, editor and screenwriter, born in the Philippines. He graduated from Saint Louis University in Baguio City. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and majored in Advertising and Broadcasting. He started practicing photography at the age of ten when he used to publish what he photographed in the school newspaper. Later on, he started making movies while he was in university.
