A Canadian actress, born in Edmonton, Alberta, to parents who taught at the University of Alberta. She studied at Strathcona High School. She moved to London to study dance and arts. She appeared in the sci-fi film The Apple (1980), then moved to Los Angeles, and in 1984, she starred in two sci-fi films: The Last Starfighter and Night of the Comet. Her TV credits include Days of Our Lives, Hollywood Wives, and Hearts Are Wild.
