A Korean director, writer, producer, editor, and composer, born in Busan, South Korea. When she was twelve years old, she moved with her family to the United States. She studied acting and directing in Chicago. Her directorial credits include Treeless Mountain (2008), In Between Days (2006), and For Ellen (2012).
