He is an Egyptian broadcaster and media personality, born on November 10, 1963. He graduated from the Faculty of Arts the University of Assiut, Department of Journalism. He started his career while still a college student as an intern at Akhbar El Yom newspaper in 1982. He then moved to Al-Ahram in 1984. He held a number of positions, including editor-in-chief of Zahra Al-Gulf, and chief of the investigation department of Al-Ahram Al-Arabiya then as its editor-in-chief. Ramadan worked as a presenter for the Egyptian Television, Orbit and CBC. He guest-starred in the film The Mysterious Man (2010).
