A Chilean director, born in 1976 in Chile, from an upper-class family linked to the Pinochet regime. He studied art and communication sciences at the University of San Diego, Department of Audio-Visual Communication. He made his debut with the feature film Fuga, which gained international fame and won numerous awards at international film festivals, including Cartagena and Malaga. In February 2015, he released his fifth film The Club, in Berlin, for which he won a jury award and several nominations.
