An Egyptian actress, singer, born to composer Farouk El Sharnoby. She studied at the Higher Institute of Arabic Music and was a member of the band Clacket, but she separated from them and joined the Arab Idol program. Her first song was entitled "Maaya", with lyrics by Hani Al Sagheer and music by Khaled Al Bakry. She appeared as an actress in Attiya’s Agency.
