Chuti Tiu is an Asian American actress of Chinese, Filipina and Spanish descent. She got a B.A. in Economics and Political Science at Northwestern University in Chicago. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on May 16, 1970. Tui was Miss Illinois in the 1994 Miss America pageant, and has since built up a diverse resume of one-time and recurring roles on television shows, from "Moesha," "24" and "The West Wing" to "Days of Our Lives" and "Weeds." In 2013, she stars alongside Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson in "The Internship."
