Indian actress, born to a family that governed a region in India. She is a Pashtun Muslim and her mother is Bengali. Her grandfather Iftikhar Ali Khan was captain of the India national cricket team. Her brother is Saif Ali Khan, who is also a Bollywood actor, and her sister Saba Ali Khan is a jewelry designer. She studied at the British School in New Delhi and Balliol College, Oxford, and obtained a master's degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is known for 99 (2009) and Ahista Ahista (2006).
