A British writer, director, and producer who was born in Marlborough, Britain on August 5, 1959. He wrote several scripts for British television programs, including Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, and The Detectives. He also participated in writing the script for some films, including Dirty Pretty Things (2002) and Eastern Promises (2007). He directed Locke (2013).
