A British actor, born in Buckingham, London, England, to George Frankenstein, an Austrian diplomat. He received his education at Eton College in Berkshire, and worked for three years as a lieutenant in the British Army in the Royal Scots Greys, serving in the Middle East and Germany. He also studied opera for three years. He appeared in dozens of works, such as The American President (1995) and Lionheart (1990). He died in Los Angeles, California, USA.
