He is an American writer, born on October 15, 1974, in Hollywood, California, USA. His father was the late comedy writer Mickey Rose. He went to Beverly Hills High School. He is known for Miles to Go (2012), The Narcissists (2017), and Melinda and Melinda (2004). Miles to Go (2012), his writing debut, received a Hollywood Film Award nomination for "Best Feature Film." He also won a MFF Award for "Best Feature Romantic Drama" for Friends Effing Friends Effing Friends (2016).
