American saxophone player, nicknamed “Yardbird” because of his sarcastic nature. He also played in various nightclubs and worked in many bands. He is also famous for many songs, such as “Blues for Alice” and “A Night in Tunisia.” He also participated with his music in a number of artistic works, such as The Talented Mr. Ripley (1999) and Bird (1988).
