An Egyptian writer, born in Cairo Governorate. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery from Cairo University. He began his writing career in the eighties, as he wrote several novels. Some of his credits include The Hills of Wrath (2001) and Mr. Bolbol and His Wife (2016).
