An Egyptian singer, born in Abbassia, Cairo. As a child, he mastered the art of reciting the holy Qur’an and began singing at the age of fourteen. He was discovered by producer Sayed Nasr who produced his first album. He released several albums and singles afterwards. He appeared in the play Let the Music Play (1993) in a singing role.
