American actor, born in Brooklyn Heights, New York, USA in 1996. He graduated from St. Ann's School. He began acting with a small role in the movie Dan in Real Life (2007) directed by his father, writer and director Peter Hedges. He is known for Lady Bird, Boy Erased, and Manchester by the Sea, which earned him an Academy Award nomination for the latter.
