American actor. He served as an assistant professor at Brooklyn College, New York, USA. He also joined The Hardly-Worthit Players, a group that performs improvisational comedy, in 1967 after appearing in the movie I Call First (1967). He is known for Taxi Driver (1976) and for participating in Mean Streets (1973).
