He is a Canadian director, producer, and writer. He was born on April 8, 1962, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is the CEO of Key Pix Productions and is known for his work making movies featuring both kids and animals. His brother is William Vince. He is known for Super PupZ (2022), Chestnut: Hero of Central Park (2004), and MVP: Most Valuable Primate (2000).
