An American director and screenwriter, born in Nashville, Tennessee, in the United States. He studied at the Ringling School of Art and Design in Florida, and later, he presented a series of commercials. He is known for Hey, Vern, It's Ernest! (1988) and Ernest Goes to Camp (1987).
