She is a Canadian actress, born on October 17, 1978, in Jasper. She majored in theater at the University of Victoria and received a BFA in 2000. She started her acting career in 2000, appearing in several TV productions, such as Godiva's (2005-2006), in which she played the role of Kate. She is also known for Wyvern (2009), Being Erica (2009-2011), and Reasonable Doubt (2014).
