An American actress, writer, producer, and singer, born on March 12, 1979, in Highland Park, Illinois, USA, as Jaclyn Leigh Seiden. Jackie graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor in Science and a Music Theatre Certificate. She participated in Modern Family, A Christmas Switch, Single Parents, and The Big Leap.
