English singer and media personality, born on November 4, 1974 in London. She joined the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London. She was a member of the R&B girl group, Eternal, but left the group in 1995 to pursue a solo career. She appeared in the movie The Hot Potato (2012).
