An American actor, born on November 17, 1971, in Detroit, Michigan. His passion to become an actor started after he finished high school, whereupon he enrolled at Wayne State University. He made his acting debut in Scared Stiff (1987); however, his breakthrough roles were in Murder One, The Nutty Professor, and Con Air. Ramsey continued to play supporting roles until he landed a major role in the TV series Arrow (2012-2020).
