Jon Seda is an American actor. He debuted in the boxing film “Gladiator” in 1992, then appeared as Chris Perez alongside Jennifer Lopez in “Selena” (1997). He is best known for playing detective Paul Falsone on NBC's “Homicide: Life on the Street”.
