A British actor, born in Streatham, London. He was a member of an amateur theater company called Byfleet Players. He studied at the Central School of Speech and Drama, and got a job working as an actor and assistant manager at a theater in Nottingham, England. He chose the stage name Peter Davison to avoid confusion with the actor and director Peter Moffatt. Some of his credits are Doctor Who, Gentleman Jack, and All Creatures Great and Small.
