A British actor of Austrian descent, born in London, England. He attended Bedales School in Hampshire, then joined the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. He began his acting career at the Royal Theatre in Northampton. Some of his credits are Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (2011).
