An American singer and songwriter, born in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. He's known for being one of the pioneers of new jack swing: a fusion of hip hop and R&B. He was previously married to Whitney Houston. Some of his credits include Ghostbusters II (1989) and Wild Hogs (2007).
