An American actress, born in New York, United States, to actor and producer Peter Griffith and model and actress Nanita Greene Samuels. She is the half-sister of actress Melanie Griffith. In the 1970s, Tracy moved with her family to the Virgin Islands. After her parents separated, she attended a boarding school in Maryland, graduated in 1979, and then became a professional actress through minor roles. She is known for The First Power (1990) and For Love and Glory (1993).
