An American comic book writer, born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1953. He is best known for writing the comic book limited series The Punisher. He also wrote a number of Marvel comics including The Avengers, The Hulk, The Spectacular Spider-Man and Marvel Team-Up. The movie 2 Guns was based on his comic series of the same name.
