Egyptian director who has been known for over 10 years as a musician and singer in several rock bands. He directed his first short film "Miraculum" in 2006, which participated in over 25 film festivals all over the world and won 3 awards. He also worked as a TV producer, a theater director, and a journalist at Al-Ahram Weekly. He's known for Conman (2004) and Les Petits Chats (2015).
