British actress born on 5 November 1970 in Ilford, Essex, UK. She studied at the Sylvia Young Theatre School and upon leaving in 1987 she joined the London Studio Theatre to study drama and dance. Upon graduating, she began her career in theater. She worked in film and TV, her works include EastEnders, Red Cap, Hotel Babylon, and Cassandra's Dream.
