An American actor, born in Russell, Kentucky, United States. He graduated from Ohio University in 1948 and joined the United States Army, but he was injured while serving in Italy during World War II, and after the end of his service, he became an actor. He made his film debut on Santa Claus Conquers the Martians (1964). His other credits include The Stoolie (1972) and Family Business (1989).
