Indra Kumar, whose real name is Indra Irani, is a director and producer, born in India. He is the brother of actress Aruna Irani, and his daughter is actress Shweta Kumar. He made his directing and production debut in Dil (1990), starring Aamir Khan and Madhuri Dixit, then directed the films Beta (1992), Raja (1995), and Ishq (1997).
