An American actress and stunt performer of Chinese descent. She graduated from Dartmouth College, in New Hampshire, and obtained a BA in philosophy. She studied law at Harvard University, then obtained a doctorate in 1991. She also obtained a fellowship from Balliol College, at the University of Oxford, in the United Kingdom. Among her notable works, she participated as a stunt performer in Dark Phoenix (2019) and Arrival (2016).
