An American actress, born in Manhattan, New York, USA. She graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, then studied at Sarah Lawrence College, New York. Among her notable works are Signs (2002) and Marriage Story (2019). She won the Best Supporting Actress Award in a Comedy for her role in the series Nurse Jackie (2009-2015). She was also nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award as a group award for Best Ensemble Actors in a Comedy Series.
