An American actress, born on August 12, 1941 in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. She was awarded a scholarship to study drama in England at the London Academy of Music and Art. She has received critical acclaim on the stage, winning several awards, including the Drama Disc Award for Best Performance by a Stage Actress. Ivey is best known for her roles in Sabrina (1995), Rush Hour 3 (2007), Two Weeks Notice (2002), and The Addams Family (1991).
