An American actress, born in Washington, D.C. She is the wife of actor Brian Hemmingsen. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology, studied theatrical arts, and began her artistic career in theater. In 1992, she won the Helen Hayes Award for her performance of the role in the play “The Rocky Horror” at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company.
